Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Agriculture or related field., Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, evaluate and report on the different areas of operation assigned during the training process.
∎ Assist in the project-wide safety programs and initiatives.
∎ Ensure birds have access to food and water.
∎ Utilize proper bio security standards when entering and exiting houses.
∎ Control temperature of houses for ultimate bird comfort.
∎ Maintain high standards of animal welfare.
∎ Walk through the house to Identify sick or injured birds.
∎ Assists the mentor in the daily tasks of the contract farming project development and plan execution.
∎ Assist in training, providing work direction and development of production staff and contract farmers to meet the excellence of operation of the farm.
∎ Assists production staff and contract farmers and aware them ensure quality and integrity.
∎ Analysis and Requirements gathering of business processes.
∎ Advice for potential poultry vets.
∎ Ensure birds welfare and production staff health.
∎ Designing, developing, building and growing contract growing farm of shonali Chicken project.

∎ Ability to work with other in a close environment.
∎ enthusiastic and collaborative.
∎ Trainees are expected to come to work with a learning attitude and be open to working in varied functional areas of the business.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
