Job Responsibilities:
∎ Heading quality function for the company and the group and managing the function effectively by promoting a culture of Compliance to Quality Management System being customer focused. Provide leadership to implementation and embedding of the Quality, Safety Standards and Codes of Practice across the group of companies.
∎ Shall be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations in product quality, process standards and facility management.
∎ Shall be responsible for effective and prompt customer complaint.
∎ Shall have the competence to face Customer and Regulatory Audits and to lead vendor audits.
∎ Take the Quality Management practices to the next level by implementing best practices in Quality Management.
∎ To relentlessly drive the Food Safety practices.
∎ Define quality standards for all the products, facilities and business processes.
∎ Identify deficiencies in the Quality program and make recommendations to achieve compliance and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
∎ Lead the Investigation of all quality related events, determine root cause(s) and shall be responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action implementation.
∎ Define the Quality Standards and Specification and measurement procedure for all the raw materials, packaging materials, utilities quality for the operations.
∎ Partner with procurement in ensuring complete traceability and implementing the sustainable practices for all raw materials.
∎ Should possess in-depth understanding of HACCP implementation, GMP, General Agricultural Practices and ISO 22000 implementation and Halal norms, etc.
∎ Possess excellent analytical skills, troubleshooting, interpersonal relationship building and team building skills with proven ability in establishing Quality and Food Safety Systems /Procedures.
∎ To manage all the activities of QA function in a cost effective way budgets for QA taking into account the future business needs
