Experience:

• 8 to 12 years

• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

PMP Certification will add a significant value

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

·Independently manage and execute construction projects at site level

·Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved methodology

·Prepare & maintain 3 week look ahead schedule

·Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams

·Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and daily/weekly progress reports

·Ensure quality control and compliance with approved standards and specifications

·Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices at site

·Check measurements, BOQs, bills, and material usage

·Identify technical issues, site constraints, and propose practical solutions

·Ensure timely completion of work within approved cost, quality, and timeline

·Maintain proper site documentation and records

·Ability to work closely with Management & PMU (Project Management Unit).
