Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the Quality Control team across all furniture divisions.
Develop, implement, and monitor QC policies, SOPs, and inspection plans.
Ensure incoming, in-process, and final product inspections as per approved standards.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.
Analyze defects and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, and Store to resolve quality issues.
Conduct process audits and product audits regularly.
Maintain and review quality records, test reports, and inspection checklists.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and rework.
Handle customer complaints, investigations, and timely closure.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management.
Ensure 5S, safety, and compliance within the QC function.
