Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality across production lines.
Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Prepare Operation Bulletin (OB) and ensure accuracy for production execution.
Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify process losses and lead cost-reduction, waste-elimination and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
Support production planning, workforce optimization and factory layout improvement activities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity reports and operational dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to drive process improvement and operational alignment.
Support the development and standardization of SOPs, work instructions and compliance protocols.
Champion a culture of Operational Excellence across the factory by promoting best practices and continuous improvement mindset.
Conduct human resource planning based on operational capacity and workload.
Prepare monthly operational performance analysis and recommend improvement strategies.
