Responsibilities & Context:
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality across production lines.

  • Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.

  • Prepare Operation Bulletin (OB) and ensure accuracy for production execution.

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED and other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Identify process losses and lead cost-reduction, waste-elimination and efficiency-improvement initiatives.

  • Support production planning, workforce optimization and factory layout improvement activities.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity reports and operational dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to drive process improvement and operational alignment.

  • Support the development and standardization of SOPs, work instructions and compliance protocols.

  • Champion a culture of Operational Excellence across the factory by promoting best practices and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Conduct human resource planning based on operational capacity and workload.

  • Prepare monthly operational performance analysis and recommend improvement strategies.
