Responsibilities & Context:
1. Offline Distribution & Sales
• Establish and manage offline distribution channels: wholesalers, supermarkets, and cosmetics retail outlets
• Develop pharmacy, dermatology clinic, and derma-specialized retail channels as key professional distribution points aligned with Rx. K seoul's science-based brand positioning
• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual offline sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, shelf visibility, and strong partner relationships
2. Online & E-Commerce Management
• Manage product listings, inventory, and sales across the company website, social media pages (Facebook, Instagram), and major e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure fast, accurate, and seamless order delivery
• Guide the customer service team to ensure prompt responses and quick resolution of customer complaints
3. Import/Export & Customs Management
• Coordinate import orders, shipping schedules, and customs clearance with Korean headquarters
• Manage all Bangladesh customs and import regulatory requirements for cosmetic products
• Monitor inventory levels and schedule timely imports to prevent out-of-stock situations
4. Marketing Execution
• Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers and bloggers — a key driver of K-Beauty sales in Bangladesh
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/Google Ads) within the allocated budget
• Organize offline promotions: beauty events, trade fairs, and salon sponsorships
5. HQ Coordination & Reporting
• Work in close coordination with the founder/HQ, executing decisions quickly and accurately
• Submit regular weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, marketing spend, and inventory status
• Continuously monitor competitors (local and other K-Beauty brands) on pricing, product launches, and marketing tactics
