Education:
B.Sc./Diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, or relevant discipline.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Sound knowledge of laboratory testing procedures.
Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect and ensure quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct laboratory tests including pH, TDS, hardness, Brix, and acidity analysis.
Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
Maintain quality records, reports, and QC documentation accurately.
Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor water treatment processes including RO, UV, and ozonation systems.
Oversee product non-conformities and ensure timely resolution.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., food safety and FDA guidelines).
