Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
Prior experience in feed/food production quality control is preferred.
Knowledge of lab analysis techniques, NIR operation, and GMP standards.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct chemical (wet) analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Operate and maintain NIR machine for nutritional testing.
Monitor production floor for pellet quality, moisture, and durability (PDI).
Collect and prepare samples from various production stages.
Prepare and review SOPs, specifications, and testing methods.
Maintain accurate lab and floor records.
Ensure lab and floor equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Follow GMP and safety protocols.
Report findings to Lab In-Charge and support quality improvement initiatives.
