• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

• Bachelor (Honours) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• Part Qualified: ACCA / ACA / ACMA / CIA / CRMA / CISA / CFE

• Certification in ERM / Compliance / Risk Management from recognized bodies (IRM, RIMS, etc.)

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

Background in audit firm, internal audit, finance, risk, or compliance support preferred

• Coordinate with SBU risk and compliance focal points

• Update and maintain entity risk registers

• Track risk mitigation actions and deadlines

• Maintain group compliance calendar

• Track statutory licenses, permits, and renewals

• Support regulatory submissions and filings

• Maintain repository of policies, SOPs, and guidelines

• Track SOP compliance status across entities

• Maintain risk treatment and action logs

• Collect data for audits, reviews, and reporting

• Prepare basic risk and compliance status reports

• Follow up on pending actions and escalations
