Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Independently visit buying houses (door-to-door) and showcase the company’s profile and production capabilities.
∎ Source cap & t-shirt production orders through personal contacts, subcontract networks, and professional buyer relationships.
∎ Act as a full-fledged business developer and order generator for cap & t-shirt production – not just a coordinator.
∎ Conduct market research and buyer outreach from the office to generate new leads.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with local buying houses.
∎ Coordinate with the production and sampling teams to ensure timely order execution.
∎ Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms effectively.
∎ Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management.
