Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement strategic policy & Procedure for compliance issues as requirement of Labor Law & Rules, BEPZA Law & Rules, Buyers' COC, Industry standards etc.
∎ To keep update of all legal licenses of factory as required.
∎ To ensure preparing and administrating of employee's & worker's monthly salary & wages.
∎ To conduct domestic inquiry & submitted the reports to the senior management.
∎ To plan for recruitment and arrange to recruit employees accordingly.
∎ To ensure and check worker's and staffs final settlement and maternity benefits.
∎ To conduct exit interviews of the reigned employees.
∎ Monitoring & supervise employees personal file, increment, promotion, transfer etc.
∎ Monitoring Appointment letter, ID card & other relevant documents are properly made and issued.
∎ Responsible for ensuring leave policy as per labor law & rules.
∎ Monitor employee turnover rate and review the retention factors and take corrective actions.
∎ To ensure workers and staff compensation/benefits without inconsistencies as per labor law & Rules /BEPZA Law & Rules etc.
∎ To investigate migration, absenteeism and late attendance of employees through counselors and advised to take necessary measures to the concern authority.
∎ Responsible for maintain employees ID/code and updating the database of BGMEA/BKMEA biometric.
∎ Make a training plan to conduct various training program to the workers and staff along with compliance team.
∎ Handling different disciplinary actions (show cause, suspension, warning, termination, dismissal as per law)
∎ Grievance handling and take necessary step as per law to avoid workers unrest and dispute.
∎ Responsible for maintaining good relationship with all level of workers, staff, TU/PC, safety committee, canteen committee and others committees for smooth operation.
∎ Follow up and ensure all the matters related to group life insurance of employees
∎ Co-ordinate and facilitate employee's socialization, orientation training program and placement for newly hired employees.
∎ Draft & circulate all kinds of office Order, Circular & Letter.
∎ Responsible for handling and implement of all compliance audit including (Accord/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon, Better work, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, SLCP, GOTS, OCS, RCS, Higg, Environment, C-TPAT/SCAN audit and different relevant Buyers COC audit.
∎ Responsible for implementing FCCA, QMS, Technical audit etc.
∎ Handling of all online compliance & safety management in the Buyer's website portal.
∎ Close monitoring of all audit findings/issues and solve it by discussion with management.
∎ Responsible for preparing all corrective action plan and submit it on time to the audit firms/Buyers.
∎ Responsible for ensuring Duty & Responsibility Security Personnel and should ensure security duty Roster/total security system of the facility.
∎ Maintaining liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA & IR (Industrial Relation), BERC, FSCD, DIFE, Labor Office, Environment office, Local influences & compliance auditors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At Least 05-08 years' experience as Manager/Sr. Manager (HR & Compliance) in RMG sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance, Code of Conduct, Organization Development, Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law 2006 (with amendment), Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 (with amendment 2022), EPZ Labor Law 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022, ILO Convention & UNGP (United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights), RSC/Nirapon requirement, different buyer's COC.
