Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the overall Compensation & benefits management process;
∎ Maintain HRIS software to create employees profile & keep always up to date;
∎ Monitor & always keep up to date employees leave & attendance regularly from the software for salary calculations;
∎ Prepare reports on employees joining, resigning, promotion, increment & transfers monthly basis or as and when required;
∎ Employee benefits & deductions and overtime calculations timely;
∎ Responsible for employees insurance;
∎ Handle final settlement benefits for the employees are in line with Bangladesh Labour Law;
∎ Maintain all workers service books as described by law;
∎ Provides General secretarial and administrative support updating staff files and contracts, handling correspondence, registration, and filing, etc.
∎ Check & proper guidance of all compliance-related issues;
∎ Handle all compliance audits accurately;
∎ Check maternity leave registers, monthly unauthorized absent deduction from salary & excessive working hours entry in the time card sheet;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: At least 6 years’ & including 2 years as a same position work experiences in local or global organization;
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent’s those who have work experience of garments/textiles industry will get preferences;
∎ Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency – particularly MS Office (advanced Excel), knowledge of HRIS/ Payroll software is an asset;
∎ Knowledge: knowledge of Information Technology working procedures. Must have knowledge about Bangladesh labour law & rules;
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
