∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing Finishing, Textile, Yarn Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring production & quality.
∎ Responsible for ensuring dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Follow up Yarn dyeing production, warping, sizing, weaving, gray inspection, fabric finishing status as per plan - winding, dying, hard dying etc.
∎ Assist to develop and manage dyeing program in a phased and prioritized manner with full consultation and co-ordination.
∎ Manage and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
∎ To collect production sample for sample matching next production.
∎ To identify disputed fabrics & report to production manager for necessary action.
∎ Also to execute overall floor works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
