Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring support for overall business strategy and help the business grow through it employees and Learning & Development initiatives.
∎ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
∎ Develop and enhance the business’s talent and evolve future leaders. Responsible for Management trainee recruitment and development program.
∎ Design, develop and implement appropriate performance management policies, systems, and procedures.
∎ Assist managers in the monitoring and review of staff performance and provide counselling and advice.
∎ Prepare regular management reports on organization development initiatives, policies, and program implementation.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives. Drive internal engagement by developing effective communication campaigns which ensure that mission, values and objectives, and progress against these objectives, are clearly communicated to employees.
∎ Review of existing policies and process and develop new process and policy in consultation with management.
