Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for recruitment & selection process.
∎ Identifies staffing and recruitment needs; develop and implements best hiring and personnel management practices.
∎ Plan Recruitment strategy and manage the overall recruitment activities.
∎ Plan talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent.
∎ Ensure recruitment as per business need by following recruitment and other related policies.
∎ Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future business needs.
∎ Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
∎ Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
∎ Identifying channels for internal and external advertising of current and upcoming vacancies.
∎ To plan, executive employee engagement programs.
∎ Ensure quality HR services.
∎ Implement HR initiatives that balance and meet the needs of the people as well as the needs of the organization.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
