Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization`s overall objectives.
- Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to effectively integrate new hires into the organization.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
- Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the HR and administration departments.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR and administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to align HR and administration initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs and concerns.
