• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA/Textile/Fashion).

• Strong communication skills with experience in international buyer correspondence.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and work under tight timelines.

• Sound knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, and garment manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, costing sheets, T&A planning, and reporting.

• Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

• Assist in product development, sampling, costing, and price negotiations for export programs.

• Maintain continuous communication with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and shipment updates.

• Monitor production progress, quality checkpoints, and ensure on-time delivery of export shipments.

• Analyze sales and buyer trends to support merchandising and planning decisions.

• Prepare consumption charts, order sheets, T&A calendars, and other export-related reports.

• Support marketing activities by aligning merchandising plans with buyer requirements and seasonal programs.
