• Candidates experienced in woven garments will get priority.

• Good communication skills both in Spoken & Written English also will give preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and setting up schedules based on sales forecasts, operational capacity, and inventory requirements.

• Monitor production capacities and capabilities to optimize resource allocation and ensure production targets are met.

• Coordinate with inventory management teams for smooth operation.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.

• Supervise and mentor planning team members, ensuring they are adequately trained and motivated to perform their roles effectively.

• Continuously analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and sales to coordinate activities and achieve overall business objectives.

• Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
