Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the customer call center.
∎ Manage the field engineer fleet all over the country.
∎ Lead the SIT & UIT with potential and existing customers.
∎ Communicate with the OEMs to ensure proper service delivery in the market.
∎ Any other relevant task in the interest of the organization.
