• Strong buyer sourcing background will be given preference.

• Having vast knowledge for costing of Knit, woven and sweater.

• Must have an existing network of international buyers, specifically in the USA and Europe markets.  

• Meeting or attend in any exhibition in Europe and USA will be appreciated & considerable highly.

• Good relationship with the buyer as well as Liaison office.Well presentation skills.Marketing power must be so high.

·         Actively source and onboard new reputable international buyers.

·         Must have strong communication with existing international buyers.

·         Actively hunt for new client opportunities in target regions (e.g., USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia) through industry databases and networking.

·         Understand buyer needs, technical requirements, and ensure satisfaction from sampling to shipment.

·         Prepare and present company profile, product portfolios, and production capabilities.

·         Represent the company in buyer meetings, virtual calls.

·         Negotiate price with buyers and prepare accurate costing sheets.

·         Ensure on-time delivery and buyer satisfaction.

·         Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers.

·         Distribute responsibilities and train junior team members as needed.

·         Generate weekly/monthly reports on order status, shipment, and buyer feedback.

·         Analyze Profit Loss and suggest improvements.
