∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Masco Group, one of the largest export oriented Group of Companies in Bangladesh, is looking for a highly experienced Manager (Learning & Development).
∎ This position is based in the Corporate Head Office of Masco Group.
∎ The Incumbent will be responsible to successfully carry out full spectrum of Learning & Development activities across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals;
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization;
∎ Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan;
∎ Preparing annual training budget;
∎ Evaluate training program's effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance;
∎ Provide coaching, developmental support and guidance to new joiners / employees and acting as a resource person as needed;
∎ Develop strategies in the change-management area;
∎ Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads;
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program;
∎ Develop a culture of learning and growth with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture;
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years of demonstrated experience including 03 years of experience in the same position in the area of Learning & Development activities in any large organization;
∎ Strong knowledge in HR Analytical tools and techniques;
∎ Global & cultural awareness;
∎ Leadership & relationship management;
∎ Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease;
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
