Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check ,verify and monitor contract operator / piece rate operator bill
∎ Check cash voucher, bills/ expenses, payment requisitions.
∎ Raw materials finished goods & general store item inventory taking & audit.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
∎ Pre-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc.
∎ Able to handle Companies tax, VAT, Customs etc.
∎ Preparation of various management report on production process.
∎ Conduct physical verification work (monthly, half-yearly) and reporting thereon.
∎ Various Sub-contract bill Check & verify.
∎ To check and verify all store requisition, delivery challan, bill voucher etc.
∎ Factory purchase requisition check and verify.
∎ Transport & Construction party bill physical measurement checking and verifying.
∎ Assist & Control to factory MIS & Store Department.
∎ Assist factory audit head for achieving departmental goal.
∎ Monitoring work of junior colleagues.
∎ Any other activities as prescribed by company management.
