Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly monitor IT operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
∎ Register employees' fingerprints, facial recognition, or other biometric data into the system and manage access levels. Install, configure, and integrate biometric attendance machines with the organization's network and software systems.
∎ Handle network configuration for servers, workstations, and email accounts.
∎ Perform daily data backups to secure storage and Google Cloud. Manage Endpoint Security for endpoint protection.
∎ Administer email servers, CCTV/IP cameras, PABX/IP-PBX systems, and biometric devices.
∎ Ensure software functionality, troubleshoot errors and optimize performance. Perform troubleshooting for any problem of domain & hosting.
∎ Maintain documentation for all development work.Monitor and maintain computer hardware, printers, telephones, photocopies, and interactive systems.
∎ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, network printers, and Android devices.
∎ Maintain hardware inventory (with Purchase), software, and manuals.Conduct regular network and data security checks and system audits.
∎ Identify and implement software and system updates.Manage Windows Server
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
