Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and advertising.
∎ Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation strategies.
∎ Experience working internationally and in Bangladesh’s digital market.
∎ Skilled in graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools).
∎ Ability to analyze insights and improve ad performance.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in content creation and page management.
∎ Preferred:
∎ Experience in managing cleaning businesses or automotive brands is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Facebook pages for both businesses and a website for the cleaning business.
∎ Run advertising campaigns (ad runs, page boosting, lead generation).
∎ Set target audiences for effective marketing.
∎ Upload and update pictures, posts, and promotions regularly.
∎ Handle graphic design tasks for ad creatives, social media posts, and branding.
∎ Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
∎ Ensure smooth communication between both businesses’ teams.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to handle our online presence for two businesses:
∎ 1. Urban Sparks Cleaning Services (Canada)
∎ 2. Car Dealership Business (Bangladesh)
∎ Responsibilities:
