Strong communication skills (Bangla & basic English).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, Word
Basic knowledge of Shopify order management system.
Responsibilities & Context:
Courier data entry with Customer’s details through courier’s website and collecting tracking ID.
Preparing POS file based on delivered products.
Preparing canceled file.
Updating paid and cancelled order in Shopify
Maintaining monthly courier data based on delivered, On Processing, Cancelled & Returning for audit
Preparing month closing data and providing to authority through the E-mail
Handling hotline number and checking Bkash payment
Creating order sheet
Facebook reply based on customer query
Creating Order as per customer requirement
Maintaining daily courier data in Excel Sheet
Reporting (daily sales & others) to relevant Authority
Carry out any directives given by The Management, for betterment of the organization
