Responsibilities & Context:

Rahimafrooz Group is one of the leading diversified business groups in Bangladesh. Rahimafrooz Accumulators Limited (RAL), a flagship company of the Group, operates a large-scale battery manufacturing plant.

The role is based at the factory and involves managing HR, administration, and employee relations in a dynamic, labor-intensive manufacturing environment. The position requires close interaction with a diverse workforce, regulatory authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth plant operations, statutory compliance, and a disciplined, safe, and positive working environment.

  • Lead end-to-end Factory HR operations, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act and applicable rules

  • Manage industrial relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment for factory operations

  • Ensure effective attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance

  • Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and factory compliance requirements (audit readiness)

  • Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and productivity improvement programs

  • Coordinate training, skill development, and succession planning for factory employees

  • Act as a key HR partner to Factory Head and Corporate HR
