The role is based at the factory and involves managing HR, administration, and employee relations in a dynamic, labor-intensive manufacturing environment. The position requires close interaction with a diverse workforce, regulatory authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth plant operations, statutory compliance, and a disciplined, safe, and positive working environment.
Lead end-to-end Factory HR operations, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act and applicable rules
Manage industrial relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment for factory operations
Ensure effective attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and factory compliance requirements (audit readiness)
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and productivity improvement programs
Coordinate training, skill development, and succession planning for factory employees
Act as a key HR partner to Factory Head and Corporate HR
