• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in engineering from public or reputed university.

Experienced in service of engineering products.

• Frequent travel, extensive oral and written communication(Especially in WhatsApp).
• Capture and resolve customer complaints as per company policy and service standards.
• Perform and supervise installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of batteries and related systems.
• Monitor warranty returns and coordinate with Supply Chain and WSS for smooth operation.
• Manage service centers and guide field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery to end customers.
• Provide technical assistance and field insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Ensure all products, service activities, and installations comply with operational and safety standards.
• Develop team spirit and build a motivated, customer-focused workforce.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend product or process improvements to the Quality and R&D teams.
• Conduct training sessions for service teams, dealers, and customers on product handling, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Continuously improve work processes and develop personal skills.
• Perform activities as per company policies, procedures, and management decisions aligned with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
