Responsibilities & Context:
Capture and resolve customer complaints as per company policy and service standards.
Perform and supervise installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of batteries and related systems.
Monitor warranty returns and coordinate with Supply Chain and WSS for smooth operation.
Assist service centers and field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery to end customers.
Provide technical assistance and field insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
Ensure all products, service activities, and installations comply with operational and safety standards.
Develop team spirit and build a motivated, customer-focused workforce.
Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify recurring issues and recommend product or process improvements to the Quality and R&D teams.
Conduct training sessions for service teams, dealers, and customers on product handling, maintenance, and safety practices.
Continuously improve work processes and develop personal skills.
Perform activities as per company policies, procedures, and management decisions aligned with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
