Responsibilities & Context:
Lead end-to-end HR, administration, and compliance operations for both Head Office and Factory, ensuring alignment with Rahimafrooz Group HR policies.
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, Factory Rules, wage regulations, and statutory reporting for plant and corporate employees.
Manage industrial relations, including worker engagement, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and dispute resolution at factory level.
Oversee workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and deployment for factory operations and Head Office functions.
Drive recruitment, selection, and onboarding for employees across locations.
Ensure effective management of attendance, leave, shift rosters, overtime, and payroll coordination through HRIS and approved processes.
Implement, monitor, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct, ensuring audit readiness across Factory and HO.
Act as custodian of disciplinary processes, domestic inquiries, corrective actions, and legal documentation in consultation with corporate HR and legal advisors.
Lead employee engagement, welfare, and wellbeing initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity.
Coordinate training, mandatory compliance programs, skill development, and multi-skilling initiatives for factory and office employees.
Support performance management and succession planning processes in coordination with Corporate HR.
Oversee plant and Head Office administration, including facilities, transport, security, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Manage HR & Administration budgets, monitor OPEX/CAPEX, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure HR, Admin, and EHS processes comply with ISO, OHSMS, and corporate governance requirements.
Act as a strategic HR partner to the Factory Head, Head Office leadership, and Corporate HR team.
