Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Management (MBM), Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM,PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Business Communication, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE

Job Context:
∎ This position is contractual with the possibility of an extension or permanent position after 1 year.
∎ The ideal candidate is organized, professional, able to separate work/personal issues, and able to perform in high-stress situations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the face of HR & Admin for the company;
∎ Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan;
∎ Ensure HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur;
∎ Conduct training needs analysis as well as design and implement a training plan with input from business heads while managing costs to budget;
∎ Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant;
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors;
∎ Providing information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.;
∎ Ensuring all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods;
∎ Preparing and updating organogram, manpower planning and ensuring all positions are properly filled;
∎ Playing major role in recruitment and selection of new hires with upper administrative staff (i.e. Screen CV as per job profile, Interview coordination, issuing appointment letter & employee orientation);
∎ Handle employee terminations, grievance, equity and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner;
∎ Reviewing all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept. heads as well as implementing any increments and promotions;
∎ Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and to deadline;
∎ Assist in developing and updating of various HR templates, formats, drafts, internal memos, General Note & Notices, etc;
∎ Maintaining attendance, leaves, payroll, compensation & benefits;
∎ Maintaining and updating new recruited workers & staff personnel files;
∎ Solving any grievance of workers and recommending Disciplinary Action, if necessary;
∎ Logistic support to the management;
∎ Assess employee training and development needs based on the business strategy in order to help close gaps between current and future skill sets;
∎ Review inventory level and advise management for better control over purchase order;
∎ Any others job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and take challenges.
∎ Excellent written English and above-average ability to communicate verbally.
