∎ Arranging Training and development program for new joiner and experienced staffs
∎ Executing the decision of disciplinary action
∎ Ensuring compliance as per company’s policies
∎ Managing employee benefits / compensation coordinating with accounts department
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies
∎ Onboarding employee facilitating with logistics support
∎ Managing Conflict resolution between employees
∎ Creating a safe work environment
∎ Managing Employee lifecycle with all benefits
∎ Maintaining the company culture
∎ Coordinating the Performance appraisal and yearly promotion
∎ Classifying employee segment as per job responsibilities
∎ Creating compelling job descriptions of the staffs
∎ Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
∎ Managing employee relationships for team work
