o   Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

o   Candidates having working experience in private multidisciplinary hospitals will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

o   Manage the entire recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).

o   Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

o   Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

o   Maintain employee records and documentation.

o   Prepared HR related letters (Appointment, Conformation, Warning, Show-Cause, Transfer,   Increment, Prepared monthly salary sheets, festival bonus sheets and others wages sheets) etc.

o   Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

o   Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

o   Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance reviews.

o   Implement appraisal systems and employee development plans.

o   Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.

o   Promote continuous learning and career development.

o   Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

o   Foster a positive and productive work environment.

o   Oversee payroll processes, attendance, and leave management.

o   Manage employee benefits, compensation, and welfare programs.

o   Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management.

o   Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
