Responsibilities & Context:

• Assuring the safe and effective delivery of radiation to achieve a diagnostic or therapeutic result as prescribed in patient care.

• Lead and supervise all clinical medical physics activities in Radiation Oncology and related departments.

• Ensure accurate calibration, commissioning, and quality assurance (QA) of radiotherapy equipment including Linear Accelerators (LINAC), CT Simulator, Treatment Planning System (TPS), Brachytherapy, and related devices.

• Develop, implement, and monitor radiation safety programs in compliance with national and international standards.

• Verify treatment plans and ensure precise dose delivery for cancer patients.

• Develop departmental policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and training to junior Medical Physicists, Technologists

• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical clinical practice at all times.

• Prepare departmental reports, technical documentation, and statistical data as required by management.

• Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
