Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, Mikrotik/Cisco configuration, and database management
Familiarity with CCTV, biometric attendance systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a 24/7 hospital environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and support hospital management software.
Arrange and conduct online meeting, recording using zoom, google meet etc.
Update and manage the hospital's website and insure security.
Install and maintain attendance systems, oversee network and server racks, optimize fiber optics and LAN/WAN performance, establish IP-based CCTV systems, configure computer hardware and operating systems, provide technical support for various IT equipment and generate reports as required.
Configure and monitor network devices, including firewalls.
Oversee and maintenance of the hospital's IT infrastructure (product tagging, warranty claims and Inventory).
Provide assistance to hospital staff in using IT systems and Conduct IT training for development.
Work with other departments to understand and meet IT needs.
Provide both physical and remote IT support.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
The Senior IT Officer will report to the Head of IT.
