Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare Startup

• MBBS from a recognized medical college.

• FCPS / MD / MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Hematology.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 40 to 55 years

• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills       

• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities

• Commitment to patient-centered healthcare services       

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• High ethical standards and professional integrity       

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with benign and malignant hematological disorders.

• Provide expert consultation for blood-related diseases, including anemia, hemoglobinopathies, bleeding disorders, thrombosis, leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.

• Interpret laboratory findings and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and adherence to established treatment protocols.

• Participate in clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.

• Ensure patient safety, ethical medical practice, and compliance with BMDC regulations.

• Support the development and enhancement of Hematology services within the hospital.
