Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes that support the overall business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Provide guidance and support to store managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
∎ Oversee performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans.
∎ Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
∎ Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including orientation programs for new hires.
∎ Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
∎ Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
