Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HRM/ LLB/ PGDHRM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory HR & Compliance activities.
∎ Well conversant with labor laws, local laws, BEPZA laws & regulations, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ensure implementation.
∎ Able to successfully develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Development & execution of policy and procedure in respect of local law, Company CoC and Buyers CoC.
∎ To conduct internal audit for environment and social compliance issues for sustainable development.
∎ Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Environment Management Audit, RSE (ACCORD) Audit, General Security Verification Audit, SCAN Audit, Building & Electrical Safety Audit (BES) & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline;
∎ To prepare yearly training calendar & conduct different kinds of training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, and security awareness training, etc. effectively as per the schedule.
∎ Able to efficiently deal/communicate with govt/ non-govt/ BEPZA & maintain liaison for company's interest.
∎ Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Successfully resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, Hygiene & environment.
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and top security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory;
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Buyers COC, Factory HR Administration, Safety compliance (RSC), Security Audit (SCAN), Training & Development.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
