We (Tianye Outdoor (BD) Co, Ltd.) are looking to get application from some young, energetic, enthusiastic candidate to work with our Factory HR & Compliance Team as Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skills and great communication skills with professional etiquette.

• Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social / Technical / Fire & Safety / Building and Electric Safety/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ Environment/ ICS/C-TPAT/ / ACCORD / GOTS/ OCS and others Certification Audits)

• As a member of Internal Audit, conducting internal audit, prepares reports as well as follows up the CAP.

• Able to handle all type of stack Air emission, sound, indoor air, Indoor light, VOC, waste water & chemical related tests.

• Able to handle all type of licenses/ agreement and arrange necessary actions for obtaining those legal documents.

• Maintain & ensure safety in all production areas and ensure safe evacuation for all employees in case of any emergency.

• Monitoring Fire Fighter & Rescue Teams and conducting external & internal fire-related training.
