Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Purchase application from Production and others department.
∎ Collect Price quotation from qualified supplier, price negotiation with comparison.
∎ After approval arrange BEPZA local Purchase Permission and arrange to collect from supplier.
∎ Collect customs permission and take materials inside EPZ.
∎ Maintaining purchase register, Sales register etc. Properly Flow-up Purchase Order those are issue from China sourcing team.
∎ Communicate with supplier regarding Sales Contact, PI, EXP, IP issue.
∎ Prepare monthly payment budget and provide to Chinese. Prepare Yearly Budget.
∎ Apply supplementary budget in OA Solve budget related problem with help of management.
∎ Update Factory agreement with BEPZA (Lease agreement, CMT agreement etc. Renewal Trade license, Fire License and others all License on Time.
∎ Apply BEPZA for E/PI visa recommendation letter, communicate and collect letter from BEPZA.
∎ Apply BEPZA for Work permit, communicate and collect letter from BEPZA Attend BEPZA viva regarding work permit issue.
∎ Routine check company vehicles movement record and give necessary instruction to driver for use car and Refill CNG and oil.
∎ Collect price quotation from Garbage party & make agreement with qualified garbage party and apply BEPZA, Customs for garbage, wastage sell.
∎ Make and update fixed assets inventory.
