Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Plant Administration, Human Resources and Compliance issues
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process within the timeline and control attrition rate of plant
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
∎ Communicate with the concerns in local Head Office in respect of Administration, HR, Compliance, Procurement & Security issues
∎ Nurture a positive working environment at Plant
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Coordinate to SGO Corporate in different HR issues
∎ Report to HR Head & Plant Head and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Knowledge in HR systems and databases
∎ Knowledge to work with greenfield project
∎ Working experience in multinational companies
Salary: Negotiable
