Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage attendance and leave of employees
∎ Implement HR initiatives and employee welfare programs at unit level
∎ Handle workforce HRIS as required at the units
∎ Provide support to corporate HR for recruitment of management staff at units as required by the process
∎ Resolve queries of management staff related to HR policies and processes
∎ Drive annual performance management process as guided by HR Head
∎ Ensure safe and healthy work environment for employees at units
∎ Provide support to internal and external auditors for any workforce related audits
∎ Monitor adherence to safety procedures by all employees through regular checks across the unit premises
∎ services and identifying administrative needs
∎ Conduct exit interview of employees separating from the plant
∎ Handle escalation pertaining to administrative issues and recommend solutions
∎ Provide support to internal and external auditors for any workforce related audits
∎ Ensure internal customer satisfaction with dormitory maintenance, canteen and housekeeping services through regular checks
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of experience in spinning industry with at least 2-3 years in a similar role
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law & Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations, especially related to Textile Sector.
∎ Sound knowledge of disciplinary actions and HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
