Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh VAT Act.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Preparation and submission of online VAT Return and related documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan and maintain VAT related ledgers/registers and relevant documents.
∎ Issuance of VAT Challan-6.3.
∎ Ensure monthly proper VDS deduction from suppliers' bill, prepare VDS Challans and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Correspond with VAT authorityCreate awareness and train the relevant team members for understanding the VAT laws, processes & procedures.
