• 2–4 years of relevant experience; working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel; attention to detail.

Falgun Garmenting is looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to lead HR operations and ensure the factory meets all social, labor, and buyer compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance, and employee records

• Manage grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and worker welfare

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer codes of conduct, and certifications (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, Sedex)

• Prepare for and lead social/compliance audits; close audit findings (CAPs) on time

• Maintain workplace safety, fire/building safety standards, and required documentation

• Liaise with buyers, auditors, and government labor offices as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in HR, Law, or a related field

• 7–10+ years of experience in HR & Compliance within the RMG sector

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and international compliance standards

• Experience handling buyer/social audits (BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, Higg, etc.)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
