Falgun Garmenting is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial strategy, reporting, and controls, and to serve as a key partner to senior management on business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Oversee accounts, treasury, taxation, and statutory compliance

• Finalize financial statements and ensure adherence to IFRS/local reporting standards

• Build and strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and risk management

• Manage banking relationships, financing, and debt structuring

• Advise the Managing Director/Board on financial strategy, investments, and profitability

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team

Requirements

• Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (FCA)

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO/Finance Director/Head of Finance), preferably in RMG or manufacturing

• Strong command of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh

• Proven experience in banking/debt management and financial strategy

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
