Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control power generation equipment including generators, boilers, and auxiliary systems.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to optimize power generation efficiency.
- Implement measures to improve plant performance, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.
- Enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
- Maintain detailed logs of operations, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Prepare reports on plant performance, incidents, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify potential risks to plant operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans.
- Implement measures to reduce environmental impact, such as emission control systems and renewable energy integration.
- Promote energy efficiency and sustainable practices within the plant operations.
- Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies to improve plant operations.
- Ensure that all Industrial facilities are electrically efficient and safe.
