Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Preferred Professional Degree: LLB & Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ One of the leading companies in Bangladesh is looking for Manager-HR & Admin who will develop new method of work systems to provide a competitive & effective service always for its business operation and growth.
∎ Job Location: 3 Factories (Tongi, Joydebpur, Sreepur)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive recruitment, selection and retention of Factory staffs
∎ Manage employee relation issues at the factory
∎ Maintain liaison with the Local Govt agencies
∎ Labour office and licensing authorities and Track & renew all licenses required for factory
∎ Ensure compliance as per BD Labour Law
∎ Ensure effective performance management system in the factory
∎ Ensure employees compensation management system
∎ Ensure training as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training effectiveness
∎ Ensure employees harmonious relation actively & resolve industrial dispute in a proactive manner
∎ Ensure factories are updated for all types of audit i.e. Social Compliance Audit, Security System Audit, Technical Audit, Environmental Audit, Management Audit, WCA Audit, HR Audit & etc.
∎ Ensure health, safety & security and CSR initiatives as per practice
∎ Ensure to handle all committee's operations smoothly in the factories
∎ Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous institutions & other external agencies for smooth business operation
∎ Administer records and reports concerning personnel related data of factory staffs
∎ Arrange or conduct training programs for factory staffs
∎ Lead employee engagement program at factory
∎ Enforce policies, procedures & SOPs at factory
∎ Negotiate, implement and maintain the liaison with the third party contractors
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise, train-up & motivate team to ensure a happy workforce

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: HR Development, Human Resources & Development, Administration Knowledge of Labor Laws and other related regulatory bodies policy & procedures
∎ 10-12 years previous experience in HR and Administration Department
∎ Thorough knowledge of Management, HR Management, Industrial & Labour Law
∎ Familiarity with industry standard HR practices
∎ Strong learning and performing mentality
∎ Retired Defence Officer.
