∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Abdul Kashem Iron Steels (AKIS) is currently we are looking some committed candidates for Manager HR & Admin to supervise inter business wise recruitment, payroll, operational issues, and organizational development issues.
∎ Daily working time 9.00 am-6.00 pm.
∎ Job Location: Head Office Chattogram (Agrabad C/A)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure SMART job description and KPI of all the positions of factory employees.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin/HR activities
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR issues. Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Managing all HR operations and delivery systems including sourcing, compensation, training, employee relations, HR Management Information Systems, talent management, performance management, personal and team development, manpower planning etc.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by management.
∎ Communicate with various govt. organization for renew of deferent kind of License,(Factory license, Jetty License, Fire license, Environment license, etc.
∎ Any others task govern by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, General HR, and Recruitment & Selection

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
