Job Context:
∎ Abdul Kashem Iron Steels (AKIS) is currently looking for some committed professionals for the following position:
∎ Daily working time 9.30 am-5.30 pm.
∎ Candidates who don`t have previously worked in Steels & Cement industry don`t need to apply here.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to possess the capability to design the assigned area with proper planning.
∎ Design capable manpower in that assigned area.
∎ Acquire and develop new potential clients.
∎ Must possess adequate knowledge regarding assigned area.
∎ Must possess leadership traits and be able to retain expertise employees in that assigned area.
∎ Communicating with target audiences and build, develop customer relationships.
∎ Managing partners, customers with a detailed demonstration.
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary sales target.
∎ Setting, managing appointments and streamline prospects to the sales/growth team.
∎ Researching and contacting new customers via targeted outreach.
∎ Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential customers, partners through all channels.
∎ Making PR strategies.
∎ Supporting the Line manager in day-to-day sales activities.
∎ Meet the daily/weekly/ monthly/yearly sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales, Planning and monitoring Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel
∎ Should have the ability to take on challenges in achieving the target.
∎ Dedicated enough to work hard and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Should be well mannered with attractive appearances.
∎ Should have good pronunciation skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proven work experience as in Sales .
∎ Exceptional capacity to build and maintain professional rapports.
∎ Experience doing research using multiple sources.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Identify customers' needs and gaps in content and recommend new ideas.
∎ Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
Salary:
∎ 1,00,000 - 1,25,000
