Job Context:
∎ Abdul Kashem Iron Steels (AKIS) is currently looking for some committed professionals for the following position:
∎ Daily working time 9.30 am-5.30 pm.
∎ Candidates who don`t have previously worked in Rod/Steels & Cement don`t need to apply here.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to possess the capability to design the assigned area with meticulous planning.
∎ Design strong workforce in that assigned area along with strict monitoring.
∎ Acquire and develop new potential clients help to broaden the sphere.
∎ Must possess adequate sales & sales related knowledge in that preferred area.
∎ Sharp & thorough knowledge regarding sales related documentation.
∎ Must possess leadership traits and be able to retain expertise employees in that assigned area.
∎ Communicating with target audiences and build, develop customer relationships.
∎ Managing partners, customers with a detailed demonstration.
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary sales target.
∎ Setting, managing appointment, nurturing new sales employees and streamline prospects to the sales/growth team.
∎ Researching and contacting new customers via targeted outreach.
∎ Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential customers, partners through all channels.
∎ Making PR strategies.
∎ Meet the daily/weekly/ monthly/yearly sales target.
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary sales target.
∎ Ensure the sales growth of company's business Products.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution of the sales
∎ Monitoring party wise sales, payments & dues.
∎ Planning & controlling sales to meet organizational sales target.
∎ Evaluating market circumstances & prioritizing targeted & potential buyer.
∎ Ideating product-based content and collaborate with the team to develop.
∎ Ideating data-driven industry-standard competitive content ideas based on proper research & analysis
∎ Serving as a primary point of contact for sales and account engagement.
∎ Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential customers, partners through social media channels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales, Planning and monitoring, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel
∎ Should have the ability to take on challenges in achieving the target
∎ Ready to do hard works and will to travel frequently
∎ Should be well mannered with attractive appearances
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
∎ Proven work experience as a PR executive
∎ Exceptional capacity to build and maintain professional rapports
∎ Experience doing research using multiple sources
∎ Ability to meet deadlines
∎ Identify customers' needs and gaps in content and recommend new ideas
∎ Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

Salary:
∎ Tk.1,25,000 - 1,75,000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ House Rent
∎ Sales Incentives
