Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or MBA (HRM) from any reputed university/PGD (HRM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR, managing & administrating, selection & recruitment, training & development of HR.
∎ Handling the issues pertaining to head office & industrial relations according to laws in force along with managing motivational factors & conflict management.
∎ Managing all the administrative issues including legal events, safety, fire, health, hygiene, environment, transport & security under respective area.
∎ Preparing complying with COCs in view to facing different compliances, i.e. social, technical, safety (structural, electrical & fire), environmental, QMS, health & safety.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different associated bodies / agencies.
∎ Ensuring all the SOPs that are properly maintained at head office & all the factories.
∎ Working closely with the senior management in connection with strategy formulation policy of the company & any other assignment assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Admin HR, Administration, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Knowledge of ERP Management System.
∎ Skills as a trainer will be considered as additional qualifications.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR and compliance, General Administration, Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Income Tax, Payroll Processing, Reporting skill, Handling disciplinary cases, Enquiry issues & steps towards service end Awards & benefits.
